Office Notices in regards to COVID-19
Our Wellness Center is taking the necessary steps in order to help protect us as staff and our patients with everything that is going on.
We believe in our patients' right to choice in their healthcare. We remain open to continue providing top quality healthcare to support your optimal health.
Our cancellation policy will be temporarily suspended so as to ensure our patients' feel at liberty to make decisions based on their current health needs prior to seeking our services.
We ask any patients/clients who either themselves or a member of their household have:
1. traveled outside the state in the past 14 days,
2. has had a fever in the past 72 hours,
3. or had a cough unrelated to allergies in the past 72 hours,
4. or any symptoms of virus such as sneezing/nasal discharge,
to please reschedule their appointment by phone.
Our office sanitation and hygiene practices continue to be thorough and every effort is made to minimize exposure.
We are asking our patients/clients to:
1. thoroughly wash your hands in the front of our waiting area as you walk in the door and after as you leave as precautionary steps for your safety and ours.
2. And to minimize visitors coming in with you if possible.
